Great run. Got beeped at maybe 3 times, but never exceeded 135 (Maff limit 136). Felt good, faster than previous--don't think there's a single mile record in there, but for 3 miles it's the best I've done below 136. So, still shuffling along, but slightly faster.

Changed breathing--my natural pattern is to push tongue against upper teeth, constricting amount of air taken via mouth and forcing more through nose. Usually means faster breathing, so I've been trying not to do it while doing low HR training. Today I experimented with allowing it, since hey, maybe my body knows what it wants--and it didn't seem to make my heart speed up. So unless I can see a difference as I get faster, I'm back to tonguing my teeth. So to speak.

52, overcast and damp, but didn't rain. Wore exact same as yesterday: cheap tights, Paul's green singlet, PI black rain jacket, yellow Mini cap.
