Notes
First run in nearly 2 weeks--felt better than I expected. Sucked air, but was going fast (possible record for outdoor 3 miles? will have to check). Monon wet with leaves underfoot--had to keep an eye on the trail.
Wore Nike Pro capri tights w/VF undies, Blue Mile t-shirt, white MC bra, white Mini cap.

Probably shouldn't have gone so fast, but first mile felt fine, so I tried to keep breathing at the same rate (high). Got a slight stitch in side last mile, also couldn't quite sprint for end, but felt pretty good.
