Notes

First Indy Runners Training Program run.

All times reconstructed for the first several runs I'm listing--I know we finished under 14 min. average, but don't know exact time as didn't write any of them down at the time. Should have good times from whatever the first run is after Feb. 5 (when I entered up to then).

Cold night--legs were getting numb by the time we finished. Felt okay until last half mile or so--think I slowed down a lot then.
