Was in upper 60s when I left, 80 when I got back. Wore Bill Rodgers shorts, green Indy Runners shirt, b/w MC bra. Started out okay pace, died near end. Left hamstring still tight, but didn't interfere with running. Unless that also contributed to slowdown, but my money's on heat.
