Hmm. Looks like I left out a few--Aidan and I did a 5K the week after the Mini, then I did 3 or 4 Saturday runs with Indy Runners, the last on or about July 4th. Plus one on the canal with the kid...
Anyway, we did 4 miles today. The surprise was that it went so well--damned slow, but the cooler temps meant no breathing problems and a reasonable heart rate. My legs don't even hurt much (yeah, wait until tomorrow). The ability to do 4 miles after 7-8 weeks of no running at all is encouraging.
Wore black shorts, sleeveless Nike top, matching bra (not comfortable--maybe pre menstrual, but my breasts hurt today).
