Notes
This was the first morning run in months. I ran towards the power plant. There was ice on the roads from the melting snow and the higher temps from the day before. THis run was definitely hard but i completed it. My it band aches a little as i am sitting here typing this and waiting for Summer to go for another run, but i think it'll be fine.
