cap 10 miler virtual race. It was cancelled b/c of coronavirus.
I donated blood yesterday and i was told to take it easy today. Now i know why. I was slow from the start. It was difficult to get speed and didn't have a ton of strength. My HR was high after mile 4 and never dropped. I stopped at mile 6 and 8 to lower my HR.
