This was supposed to be a 2x2 buuuuuttt... I did 1 mile warmup and then did the first 2 mile at pace. Mile 1 wasn't bad but 2 was rough. I did the 1 mile recovery and then realized that i lost the key. I slowed down and scanned the road the entire way back. I found it 20 feet from where i started.
I am glad that i bagged the workout since i was really worn out from the 15 miler on Sunday. My right hip was hurting more too.
