I was to run 14 miles starting at 2 min slower than marathon pace. It was hard since it was cold and dark. I had to use the flashlight to keep checking pace. This workout kicked my ass. I stepped in a puddle after i broke through ice at brunner island so my feet were wet. My hands were really cold and apparently so were my arms.

All felt pretty good. My right knee ached some, but it wasn't that bad.
