Notes
I ran from fosters this morning. Eveerything felt pretty good. Around mile two my right foot started to hurt and did so for a few miles. It didn't slow me down though. I thought i took it pretty east today but the numbers say different.
I ran 15.2 and then came home to run 1.2 with Duncan and then walked .7 with Onyx and Bella.
