Notes
Today was the annual river runners jingle bell run. I went out at 8 with Jeff and Marni. there were about 8 other runners from another group that we went out with. I ran 3 with Jeff and Marni, the next 1 with the other runners and then i ran the 4 miles back. That part of the run felt pretty effortless. I made it back to the island just in time to start off with the river runners. I ran with Holly and David.
All felt pretty good. nothing really hurt.
I came home and ran 2.4 with Duncan.
