Notes
Today the conditions were perfect. 53 degrees, no sun and no wind. Well, the slight wind was at our backs on mile 9 and 10.
My achilles wasn't bad but i wasn't sure how much it would hurt. I felt strong throughout the race and the last 2 miles were fast.
My butt never really dragged.
I finish faster but i still drop positions and rank in my age group.
