Notes
The race started out at 57 degrees and got warmer from there. Double creek is really a nice course. The 1st 3 miles weren't bad and mile 4-5 wasn't horrible. That's the big ass hill. I crawled up it like i do. The course used to be a bit shorter but now it's most definitely longer. At the turnaround near mile 5-6 is pretty rough.
You have to climb up this stupid mountain after flying down.
I felt strong and stronger than previous years. I know my time is slower than before, but it felt good. Alec won his age group in 1:42.
I came home and walked Duncan and Trail 2.1 miles.
