I ran out the dirt road pretty quick and back. My left knee ached a tiny bit but nothing to slow me down.
I don't know if i have a pinched nerve in my leg or the tightness is causing a very split second loss of strength in my left leg. It happened a few times where it felt weird.
I came back and ran .7 with Duncan, walked .7 with onyx and took bella on a short walk.
