Notes
It was a bit chilly this morning. I wasn't sure if i would go out for 10 or 15 miles. I was starting to sweat a little by 1.5 miles. I got some help going up the hills with the gust of wind to my back. I was moving along nice and slow the first half and i decided to run the full 15. Around mile 9, my left kneecap had some pain but went away a mile longer.
I used a power bar Gel at mile 7-8 and drank three things of water.
I stopped at mile 12 to drink the last of my water.
I really felt good the entire run.
