Notes

I ran out to the bar and rested for a few minutes. I started at the bottom part of the guardrail and sprinted to the top to the concrete pad and slowly jogged back down. I did this 10 times and my butt was dragging after the 7th one and i was pretty much done at #10.

I ran back home. I felt good and will have to do this once in a while.
