My hamstring has been hurting for the past week since the last race. I wasn't sure how far i was going to go. I ran to the boat dock and stretched for 2-3 minutes. I ran back without any issues. My hamstring was aching a little bit on and off but never enough to stop running.
I came back and took duncan for a 1.2 mile run. I took onyx for a 1.2 walk and ran .2 miles of that.
I stretched afterwards but my hamstring still hurts a little.
