Wow, 20 miles is a serious distance and it's hard. All felt pretty good. My right hip wasn't too bad. The muscles were pretty tight and then seemed to loosen up as i went. My legs were pretty tired but i was able to keep the pace.

I was eating a maple candy and drinking a fuel belt bottle of gatorade afterwards.
