after i mowed the lawn tonight i went out for a long run. I ran anywhere from a 7-8 min mile at different times. I ran out the dirt road and to the top of the hill, rested for 3-5 minutes and then i ran back and doubled back to the end of the boat dock. I did didn't stop there, i turned around and ran back to the house and finished strong.
These 8 mile runs are tough and wear me out, but feel great.
