Notes
This was the lucky charm 10k. They have a 5k too but i didn't want to do that. Since i ran this morning, i didn't know what to expect. I started out slower and felt out how i was going to feel.
Al felt pretty good. I was able to pick it up on the 2nd half and keep the pace.
