Notes
It was icy out from the snow yesterday. I ran 8.25, then ran 1.2 with Duncan. I then walked Bella and Onyx .7 miles.
Then i ran 4 miles with Summer. My left arch was hurting as if i had been running on a scrunched sock or the ice made it hurt.
Summer was having problems with her knees. There was shooting pain after 2 miles in both knees and she had to walk on and off after 2 miles and we walked the last .5-.7 miles.
