I ran the 3rd leg of the harrisburg marathon relay. Jim Mcandrews ran 1st, Lloyd ran 2nd and Lisa Mcbride ran last. I think i was able to run pretty strong. My hip didn't hurt during but my left foot was still hurting.
We finished in 3:20 as a team.
