Warm up 0.3mi 4:15 minutes 2-3% incline. Ran 6.5 miles for 60 minutes at 6.3-7.1 mph at 0-4% incline with interval periods on mile 4-7 at 7.1mph for 0.10 to 0.20mi intervals; incline walk 1.5 mile 2-6-0% incline,4.5-4.6-4.0mph for 20 minutes. Total 8.3 miles for 84:15minutes.
HR in 140-160's during faster 7mph running. Good workout: felt like could have run more, but stuck to plan with increasing incline to 4%.
