Warm up 0.3mi 4:10 minutes 2-3% incline. Ran 7.1 miles for 65:40 minutes at 6.2-6.5 mph at 0-3% incline with interval periods on mile 4-7 at 7.0mph for 0.15 to 0.25mi intervals; incline walk 0.7 mile 2-4-0% incline,4.5-4.0mph for 11:45 minutes. Total 8.1 miles for 81:30minutes.
HR in 140-150's. Good workout: felt like could have run more easily, but had to stick to plan due to appoitment.
