ran at track at redstone. original plan was to run a fast mile, but after first lap i knew that wasn't happening. i could have probably ran around a 5:20 mile, but decided to just do some 800s instead, thinking that would be better. so i ran the first 800 in 2:40, running every 100 meters in 20 seconds. since i took only about 2 min rest, the next one was slower.

overall, it was a pretty good workout. it would have been better if i ran 4 instead of 3, but it was very hot, with heat index at 100 or higher.
