9.11k race at redstone. new course compared to last year. nice, sunny day but very humid. i started off too fast following Tim V. at the start of the race. we hit 5:22 at first mile, but the markers may be off, he stated the first mile was around 5:40 instead. either way, it was too fast. mile splits:
