ran after work - got 59 min for holiday on friday. started at normal spot on redstone. ran towards goss road. ran to the second entrance of fox medical center - the farthest i've ran that way so far. out in 23:37 and back in 22:53. tried not to get my heart rate up too high, it got high on the big hill on goss road.
