track workout - wasn't sure what i was going to do. started off with a 5:56 mile, but decided to stop there and then do something else. did a 2:46 800 and released i wasn't going to run a 5:30 mile, so decided to do something else. ran a 67 400 and then a 30 sec 200. it was an okay workout, but could have been better
