did 3 x 1 mile at track. the original plan was a 3 mile tempo, but after 6:31 for first mile, that wasn't gonna happen (goal was 7:00 per mile). took 5 min after first, and 6 min after second. it was all i could do to finish the workout. it was super hot, and it had rained earlier.
