track workout - plan was to do 1 mile fast, but after one lap, my calves locked up. i did 800 in 2:31, but my legs were hurting really bad. after some rest, i tried to just do a mile in 6:50 to see if my legs would get better, but they got worse. i then just ran a slow pace to get some miles in. not good. my calves are killing me now, my lower calf on both legs
