ran at redstone after work. started at normal spot, ran to the track, ran 10 laps on the track, the first 8 in each lane. ran the 8th lap in the inside lane in 1:17 (in pants). then jogged the next 2 laps, then ran back to truck, then ran on running trail to get the 5 miles. it was very cold (under 40 degrees)
