ran at redstone on running trail. started near the track (gray road) and went away from cows (towards Goss road). heat index was 110 degrees (heat advisory was out). ran at a pretty good pace. ran back faster than ran out, but stopped a couple of times to get sweat out of my eyes (it was really bad). a good run considering the heat
