ran at redstone after work. started in 5250 parking lot and ran running trail towards goss road. out 3.5 miles and back. didn't use GPS bc battery was low. it was windy, and i tried to run thru the wind - 1st mile in 6:32, and it was bad after that. my lower back and feet were hurting (basketball and football over the weekend didn't help)
