Notes

A quick set of mixed intervals:

3 x 400m @ around 1:30 (fastest in 1:26)

3 x 200m @ around 0:45 (fastest in 0:42)

5 x 100m @ around 0:20 (fastest in 0:17)

Garmin all messed up - entered 1.0 km recovery when I meant 0.1. Oops. The rest by hand.

And who knows how accurate the distances are with Garmin, anyway. Judging by the times and how I felt, they were pretty close. Maybe a few meters off.

The track would be better, in theory ... if they got all the shit off the track. Note: find out when Trent's track is open. You need a track, dude.

All in all, a decent start. Felt better than expected in the heat.

Need to find some wheels. And they're there, I can feel it.

But - ironically - you might still need more base mileage. Still fading in the last intervals, or at the end of intervals. Mileage is still probably king and will be for years to come.

This will be interesting.
