Not bad ... new PR after 8 miles, in the wind ... and after 180 miles in 3 weeks. And after running 12 hours ago.
It's going to be fun to see what I can do when my legs are fresh. Slowed down a lot on the second lap.
Distance isn't exact - it's more than 800 meters, and probably more than 0.5 miles, thanks to the track barriers. Close though.
Definitely sub-6:00 pace.
