Accidental intervals - what was supposed to be a jog to the track and one quick 400 turned into several reps of 100s (@ 20 secs), 200s (@ 40s), and 400(@ 1:35-1:40). No clue how many of each - just goofing off. Lots of walking and jogging in between.
