Perfect. Just perfect.

Perfect run. Perfect pace. Perfect everything. Sure it was supposed to be a recovery run, but this was perfect.

You're going to set a half-mar PR in the first half of the CMM. This pace is perfect.

What happens after that will be interesting. Massive PR or massive implosion. Place your bets.

Note: when you decide to BQ, go find a hilly, cold course. Trust me.
