Notes
Not bad at all ... considering:
the heat, the wind, the frickin' desert, the sand, the oil pollution, the crappy Army food, the jet lag, the missions, the lack of sleep, the fact that I'm utterly untrained for any distance past a 5k, that my running has been inconsistent like Rosie O'Donnell is ugly ... and then there's the whole Iraq and people trying to kill me thing.
3rd place in the geezer group (36+ ... only two age groups), and a nice little medal. I'd still rather have the real CMM medal. God I miss home.
