To PW + back + 11.2 + LL
Easy, easy recovery run. A gorgeous day. Considered another lap or a few more miles just cuz it was so pretty. Spring is in the air. Need to get some Gu and eat better pre-run. Could have done 5-10 more if I wasn't starving.
Not bad, though. 45 miles in 3 runs, all of it in PW. And now a 17+ miler with elevation change @ 1500 feet is a "recovery" run.
