First core workout and I really felt it.
I can't believe my weight so there is motivation.
3x20 c-l-r
3x15 pushups and 25 crunches
5 min plank variations could only hold side leg 15 sec each time
Hard time holding superman pose
Goal 3 times a week working up to 30 min each twice and one tine per at 45 min
Goal to be less than 148 by Dec 4th
