Really happy about this run. My right Achilles tendon really tightened up on the last 6 miles or so yesterday and got worse later. It still felt tight and a little angry this morning, so I taped it up and figured I try to do an easy 4. Between the tape, muscle pain reliever and the run, it actually loosened up and feel significantly better. I paid attention to running with better form. I may have strained it yesterday by over striding a bit after losing focus during the heated long run.
