Notes
Ran through a lot of discomfort today...
1. My right Achilles tendon is still a little tight but not too bad, i can deal with it.
2. My right knee is holding up ok and all things considered pretty good. (Keep up rehap/PT)
3. Afraid that I may have altered my stride a little as now my outside left foot and ankle is a little sore (Peroneal Tendon Strain?). This concerns me a little as it I felt this the most, maybe because it is new pain compared to old pain.
Will rest and ice down things tonight. I have some easier workouts this week compared to the last 2 weeks.
I probably should retire the older shoes.
