5 Miles @ 7:55 Average Pace according to TomTom. Ran this too hard for a true recovery but it is in the books.

Need to use Lap feature with Garmin TCX Zip file to get 1 mile splits into Running Ahead.

Compared to Timex GPS:

Overall time was the same, or close enough.

My recent 5K & the High Street mile would indicate I turned a corner at least. The cooler temps and the mileage over the past 3 months have helped. Always hard to judge during the training cycle as you are tired most of the time. Still feel the endurance is lacking, but the taper may help with that as well. Hard to say a good 5K will translate into a good marathon though. Good confidence booster though.
