8 Miles @ sub 7:30pace. Goal was to run at least 6.5m at this pace, managed to full 8m so was happy with the effort. 1st mile was a little over due to small warm up/ramp up time, but also managed a sub 7 for the last one as well. Now to see if we recover ok or if it trashes me the rest of the week. Feeling ok at the moment at least.
