Notes

I could tell that the pace wasn't very fast for the first 5 or so miles but I just felt so bad that I couldn't go much faster. I felt a little bit better for the last 3-4 miles but not great. Pretty tough route with about 5 miles of rolling hills +2 pretty big hills.

Did :30 stretching and :30 dead dogs
