Notes

Still really sore in quads from Wednesday interval workout. Slept pretty good, but had super rich dinner night before (also had a couple double bourons followed by a couple big draft beers), wore my leaky-ass amphipod with two gatorades and two waters. Felt pretty good one it go light out, maybe 3 - 4 miles in. Ran city trail to Empie park and back. Probably should have backed off the mileage given how sore I was, but the run felt good. Ate Pomegranite Honey Stingers about an hour in, and again 20 mins later, delicious and picked me up pretty good.
