Probably ran with a slight concussion this morning after getting knocked the fuck out (literally) last night head butting Emma's horse. Possible broken nose, still had slight headache and nausea this morning. Felt ok on the run - pretty cold so I wore tights, hat, gloves and a fleece (weather.com said feels like 35 degrees). Ran with headlamp. One really weird thing - while I was going around the pond (darkest part of course) I got the strong sensation that my glasses were on and they were fogging up. It was so real that I had to check with my hands to see if they were really there a couple of times (they weren't). Once I got back out on the street (where there was more light) the sensation went away.
Anyway, ordered the Salomon hydration pack and Petzl headlamp from Amazon this morning - can't wait for them to get here!
