1 mile warmup followed by 6 x 1/8 mile sprint repeats, average pace 5:15 on sprints. Basically ran all out (up two street lights) and then walked back each tiime. Finished with another mile cool down at base pace (8:30). Wore a tshirt and light fleece (Symantec) and was too warm once I got into the repeats. Felt really good, great forefoot striking on the sprints. A bit anxious about falling during sprints - maybe because it was dark.
