Great run in my virginal Brroks Pure Flow. Ugly fucking shoes, but man they run GREAT! Took them out of the box and went 10 miles in the m and I'm in love, like 'em better than my Kirvanas.... Anyway, been dealing with left foot pain (not at all helped by offshore trip yesterday), so plan was to go out and rune super easy 10 minute miles, but I kept speeding up, ended up w/ 9:15 pace average. Used my handheld Ultimate Direction water bottle, worked pretty good.
