Notes
Didn't do a long run today because my right hip and right knee have just been killing me lately, so I'm taking several days off and actually doing all those PT excercises I got last year since it turns out just knowing what they are doesn't make me feel better.
So:
-PT exercise every day this week
-some sort of cardio at the gym on usual running days, probably GD elliptical since the bike hurts my knee
-goal: run again saturday
